Heidi N. Kania ATTORNEY AT LAW

Heidi N. Kania was born on September 25, 1977, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 1996, she graduated from Oviedo High School in Oviedo, Florida. Heidi received her undergraduate degree from University of Central Florida, Orlando, majoring in legal studies in May of 2001. She received her law degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2006.

While in law school, Heidi clerked with Ossinsky & Cathcart, P. A. and was subsequently hired in 2007 as the firm’s first associate. She is primarily practicing in commercial litigation, but also has an interest in other areas such as real estate and other business matters, both litigation and transactions.

Heidi is a member of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Division and the Business, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the Florida Bar.
