MARC P. OSSINSKY ATTORNEY AT LAW
Marc P. Ossinsky was born on November 23, 1959 in Daytona Beach, Florida. He graduated from Seabreeze Sr. High School in Daytona Beach, Florida in 1977. Marc received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, majoring in business administration in May of 1981. He received his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1984.
For a brief period of time Marc worked with his father, Louis Ossinsky, Jr., at the law firm of Ossinsky & Krol, Daytona Beach, Florida. Ossinsky & Krol is one of Florida’s oldest law firms. In 1985 Marc became an assistant state attorney for the Orange County, Florida, State Attorney’s Office. At the State Attorney’s Office from mid 1985 to early 1987, Marc was assigned to the Juvenile Division prosecuting a wide range of felonies and misdemeanors. During this tenure, he was also assigned to Orange County Court, prosecuting DUIs and other misdemeanors. During Marc’s prosecutorial career, he participated in over 120 bench trials, and over 20 jury trials, providing considerable courtroom experience.
In early 1987, Marc went to work for the law firm of Katz, Jaeger and Blankner in Orlando where he began establishing his private practice in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate, and a wide range of business matters, both litigation and transactions. Approximately 2 years later, he went to work with DeWolf, Ward, O’Donnell and Hoofman, P.A., continuing his commercial/business law practice.
On August 1, 1991 Marc established his firm as Marc P. Ossinsky, P.A. From the time Marc P. Ossinsky, P.A. was established, until the merger with Chris Cathcart in 1999, Marc has handled a wide range of commercial litigation, real estate (both transactions and litigation), probate, guardianship, contract and corporate work.
